The login in process is quite straight forward. However you will see a lot of “stuff” during the process. Most of this stuff should be ignored. These are some of the things I use to manage the site.

Its kind of like walking through a busy restaurant’s kitchen before being seated for your meal. You saw a lot of things that were not necessary for you to enjoy a good meal.
